I assumed that the president needed the girl he had the photo with killed.
Stupid Wendeck mentioned the area where she lived and how he tracked her down. If he wants to get rid of the opportunity for blackmail (and what looked like an illegitimate child), I'm guessing he'd want her dead. . . . or paid off?

I think the theory behind the flash is similar to a dream.Some see a dream and work there whole life to achieve it, while others who saw a nightmare would do anything to prevent it.

Noel, I think she may have seen herself as VP...but possibly with evidence that would make her President. Or maybe she saw herself as Prez but didn't know how that could be possible...then she finds out she was nominated for VP and starts to see the possibility that these flashes might come true. Mike,I am a doctor so i can say that guy had Addison's disease,its not uncommon and treatable. He just needs to take cortisol tablets (hydrocotizone) and he wont get any symptoms. I guess they will put it to him neglecting the illness or some thing. I cant wait to see 1x05!

I just realized some thing about the past episodes though. The visions of the future are not written in stone for sure.That guy who was operation will never go dark as he saw him self in his flash. As he was treated for his condition, he will never have pigmentation issues.

My first thoughts on Senator Clemente was that she was just being sarcastic about being President in 6 months. After giving it some more thought I starting thinking maybe she had a bad vision of herself or maybe no vision at all.
